When the limited living space is the issue, furniture loft beds will definitely be the one you need to have to maximize the space usage in your shared bedroom. Even for peoples who have sufficient living space, furniture loft beds remain a unique piece of furniture to have. Some design combines many functionality of different space usage into a single space usage on the same room.

Furniture loft beds one I had when I was still on college 2 years ago was really a perfect example of the living space combination usage. As any other high structured furniture loft beds with desk, I can sleep on the bed, and with just few steps downward, I can sit in my working area under my bed in front of my computer.

Another version of furniture loft beds belongs to my colleague is almost similar with the one I have. But instead, the right panels converted into small wall lend desk and library. And instead of study room under the bed, he converted it to a small and quiet sitting room with his comfortable sofa underneath his bed.

Furniture loft beds are definitely another way to save lots of space and combine spaces usage into a single usage.

After I moved to my own compact living space apartment in Jersey after I got a job, I adopt the same concept from my room in college. The apartment spares no space for me to have a separate room as a study room. So I decided to combine my own small kitchen version, plus my study room under my furniture loft beds. It is exactly the same way just like when I was in a college.

Considering high rent cost for living in a walking distance from our office, the idea of implementing furniture loft beds for my apartment has saves considerably amount of money for me.
